Deposit is not refundable under any circumstances.
This agreement must not be use as a receipt.
This agreement is undertaken between the customer and the receiver authorised by the Co. and is subjected to final approval & acceptance by the company.
20% of the total agreement sum must be paid to the Co. as compensation if this agreement is cancelled by the signee.
A 10% deposit of the total agreement sum is payable upon acceptance.
A 40% payment of the total agreement sum is payable upon start work.
A further 40% payment is payable upon 70% of work done.
10% balance of the total agreement sum is payable within 7 working days upon completion of work including any additional items.
